When security or management logs a package for your unit, you will receive an email notification (and a push notification if enabled on the mobile app). If your building has the option enabled, you can specify your preferred method of receiving notifications for your packages through the Condo Control site. This user guide outline how to update your package notification preferences.
1. Select My Account from the main menu.
2. Click on the tab called Package Preferences, select your preference and click "Save".
