In this user guide we will outline how to access your ID badge on Condo Control and add it to your mobile wallet.
Supported Devices
- Androids - support displaying digital badges. See supported versions under the "About this app" section on Google Play.
- iPhones - support displaying digital badges. See supported versions under the "Information" section in the App Store.
- iPads - do NOT support displaying digital badges.
Note: to access the badge your device must have NFC capabilities. iPads and other tablets typically do not have this feature and therefore the mobile wallet cannot be used. If you wish to save your badge to your iPad or tablet you may access the badge on your mobile device and take a screenshot of it. If you then save this screenshot onto your iPad or tablet it can be used to show your badge for scanning when needed.
1. Login to Condo Control.
2. Click on the My Account feature located on the left hand side.
3. Click on the Badges tab under the My Account tab to view your current badges. To access your User Pass, select your profile picture.
Note: You may be unable to view your user pass if the badge is not active.
4. Click User Pass.
Now you can view your User Pass.
5. To view your pass in your mobile wallet, select View Mobile Wallet. Ensure you have the Google Pay App downloaded before proceeding.
6. Use your phone to scan the QR code. The barcode will be imported once you open the app.
If it is not imported please click the + button on the app and scan the barcode again to import your user pass.
When you go to area that requires you to show your pass you will need to open up your Wallet Pass App and let the Staff member scan your QR code which will recognize you as a resident and therefore give you permission to enter the facility or amenity.
