Resident: How Can I Access My Badge

In this user guide we will show you how you are able to access your ID badge. 


1. Login to Condo Control. 


2. Click on the My Account feature located on the left hand side. 



3. Click on the Badges tab under the My Account tab to view your current badges. To access your User Pass, select your profile picture. 

Note: You may be unable to view your user pass if the badge is not active. 



4. Click User Pass. 


Now you can view your User Pass. 


5. To view your pass in your mobile wallet, select View Mobile Wallet. Ensure you have the Google Pay App downloaded before proceeding. 


6. Use your phone to scan the QR code. The barcode will be imported once you open the app. 



If it is not imported please click the + button on the app and scan the barcode again to import your user pass. 


When you go to area that requires you to show your pass you will need to open up your Wallet Pass App and let the Staff member scan your QR code which will recognize you as a resident and therefore give you permission to enter the facility or amenity.
