The following changes will be rolled out to Condo Control during our May 7, 2025 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Ontario Proxy Form Improvements
We have rolled out two improvements to our Proxy Voting feature. These changes are specific to the Ontario Proxy Form and help to streamline the proxy voting process and ensure voting privacy.
- The unit owner's name will now be auto-populated under the "Proxy Vote Giver" section on the Ontario Proxy Form. This is based on the information provided in the Unit File and confirmed by the owner when filling out the e-voting form.
- The "Removal of Board Member" question on the Ontario Proxy Form can now be configured to restrict participation to owner-occupied units only. This means that once the question is published, only users linked to owner-occupied units will be able to view and vote on it.

BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Saving Changes to Community Asset Requests
Resolved an issue where the "Proceed to Confirmation" button was greyed out on the Edit Community Asset Request page, preventing users from saving their changes.
- Fix to Adding New Consent Documents
Addressed an issue where users were receiving an error message when they tried to upload a new consent document under Welcome Site Settings.
