What’s new in Condo Control.
We are excited to announce the launch of our latest feature - the Condo Control AI Assistant! Our AI Assistant delivers quick and reliable support for both staff members and residents.
With this tool, users can get instant answers to most questions about how to use the Condo Control platform, making it easier than ever to find information and complete tasks efficiently. Better yet, questions can be asked in any language, and the AI Assistant will respond in kind.
This feature is being rolled out gradually across our communities, so if you don’t see it yet, rest assured it will be available soon.
We’ve made payment management easier than ever with our new embedded payment accounts powered by Stripe.
Previously, communities needed to create and manage their Stripe accounts directly on the Stripe platform. Now, Condo Control has brought Stripe fully into the platform —meaning you can set up your Stripe account directly from Condo Control and manage all payment activities without leaving your dashboard.
This functionality is currently available for new Stripe accounts only. Existing Stripe users will be migrated over in the future.

August 1 - 10, 2025
Dashboard Enhancements
We have been gathering feedback on our new dashboard experience and have made some improvements based on your needs. In this release we adjusted the gradient over the resident banner to make the image more clear. We also increased the font size for our widgets to make them easier to read. Fix to Service Request Portfolio Report
Resolved an issue where users received an error message if they selected a custom date range while viewing the Service Request Portfolio report.
Fix to Booking Visitor Parking on Mobile
Addressed an issue on the mobile app where residents were incorrectly shown a “No Available Parking Spots” message when attempting to reserve visitor parking, even though spots were available.
Fix to Line Breaks in Service Requests
Addressed an issue where HTML code appeared in multiple fields on the Service Request form when users pressed Enter to create a new line.
Fix to Amenity Booking Blackout Times
Resolved an issue where residents received an error about a blackout time they did not select when trying to book an amenity.
August 11 - 17, 2025
Condo Control AI Assistant
We are excited to announce the launch of our latest feature - the Condo Control AI Assistant! Our AI Assistant delivers quick and reliable support for both staff members and residents. With this tool, users can get instant answers to most questions about how to use the Condo Control platform, making it easier than ever to find information and complete tasks efficiently. While the AI Assistant is highly knowledgeable about the platform, it currently does not answer property-specific questions, but that capability is on our radar for the future.
This feature will be rolled out gradually over the next few weeks, so if you do not see it today, rest assured it will be available shortly. For more information on the AI Assistant, refer to the following guide: How to Use the AI Assistant.
Fix to Owner-Occupied Voting Tallies
Resolved an issue where votes for owner-occupied matters were incorrectly applied to all units owned by the same person instead of just their owner-occupied unit.
Fix to Component Date Installed Field
Addressed an issue where the “Date Installed” field in component details was consistently reverting to one day earlier than the selected date.
Fix to Service Request Validation Message
Addressed an issue where attempting to close a service request without entering text in the “Add Update” field resulted in a 500 error instead of displaying the intended “Details are required” validation message.
Fix to Service Request Attachment Delete Option
Resolved an issue where the preview button for service request attachments overlapped with the delete button, making the delete option inaccessible.
August 18 - 24, 2025
Dashboard Event Calendar Widget
We have made an improvement to the Event Calendar dashboard widget to enhance readability. The widget now uses a smaller font size and reduced padding so event names are easier to view at a glance, without being clipped. These adjustments also apply to the “more events” popover, ensuring consistency across the calendar experience.
Fix to Service Request HTML Code
Resolved an issue where service request previews and comments were displaying raw HTML instead of clean text specifically for line breaks and the ampersand symbol.
Fix to Incident Report Printing
Addressed an issue where attempting to print incident reports from the Security & Concierge module resulted in a 500 error when clicking the "Print" button.
Fix to Amenity Booking Calendar Availability
Resolved an issue where unavailable amenity dates were not immediately greyed out on the booking calendar, causing them to appear available until after proceeding with the booking process.
Fix to Budget Mailouts Details Field
Addressed an issue where Budget Mailout announcements could not be sent because the mandatory "Details" field was not allowing text entry, preventing users from progressing past the email step.
August 25 - 31, 2025
Embedded Payment Accounts
We have improved our Stripe integration. Administrators can now create and manage their Stripe account directly from Condo Control. With this enhancement, you can:
- Create and connect Stripe accounts right from Condo Control, no external setup required.
- Centralize your payment management by tracking, processing, and reconciling payments within your Condo Control account.
- Save time and reduce complexity, as there’s no need to switch between multiple platforms to manage transactions.
This functionality is currently available for new Stripe accounts only. Existing Stripe users will be migrated over in the future. For more information on how to create and manage your Stripe account, refer to the following guide: Property Management Stripe Guides.
Fix to Status Certificate Email Notifications
Resolved an issue where Status Certificate requestors were not receiving confirmation or fulfillment emails if the workspace setting “Owner Login Enabled” was set to No, even though this setting should not impact the standalone Status Certificate feature.
Fix to Uploading Proof of Residency Documents
Addressed an issue where Proof of Residency documents uploaded on the User Details page did not always save, even though no error message was shown and the upload appeared successful.
