How to Use the AI Assistant

The Condo Control AI Assistant provides support to Staff and Residents in your community. The tool answers questions instantly and shares resources with your users.  While the AI Assistant is highly knowledgeable about the platform, it currently does not answer property-specific questions (e.g. what is our pet policy, who is my Property Manager etc.). This user guide outlines how to use the Condo Control AI Assistant.

 

Note: The AI Assistant is only available on the web application (any internet browser).

 

1. Select the AI Assistant icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This icon will appear on every page inside Condo Control.

 

2. Enter your question for the AI Assistant and click Send.

TIP: Your question can be written in any language and the AI will respond in that language.

3. The AI Assistant will search our database and send you an answer within seconds.

4. Expand the Read More section to see where the AI pulled the answer from. Click the link to view the full article.

5. Hover over the answer to rate the AI response. If your question was answered, select the thumbs-up icon. If an incorrect answer was given, select the thumbs-down icon.

If the AI did not answer your question, or you require further support, ask the AI to "talk to a person". You can then create a support case and our team will reach out to you.
