Does Condo Control include any keyboard shortcuts?
As a browser-based platform, Condo Control does not include any keyboard shortcuts besides those available in your web browser.
Does Condo Control include Dark Mode?
There is not currently a dark mode available in the web app accessed through your web browser. However, the mobile app for Android does have a dark mode. This can be turned on or off through the My Account page. The iOS app does not include a dark mode at this time, but we plan to add it in the future.
What are the Condo Control support hours?
Condo Control offers support between 9AM to 8PM EST. Outside of these hours, our virtual assistant can answer most questions.
What are the functions of a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Condo Control?
A Customer Success Manager can assist you with account or billing-related matters. If you would like to add or remove a feature from your workspace or have a question or issue with your bill, a CSM would be able to assist you with these matters.
Can I save my password to sign in automatically on future visits?
As the Condo Control website is accessed through your web browser, most browsers will include the ability to store your username and password, and enter it automatically on future visits.
How can I remove Two Factor Authentication from my account?
You can remove two factor authentication (2FA) from your account in the My Account module. Just select My Account from the navigation menu and open the 2 Factor Authentication page. Here you can disable or enable your 2FA depending on its current status. You can also change which phone number is used for this authentication, picking from the current phone numbers associated with your account.
I moved out of the building, how can my account be removed?
In order for your account to be removed from a property you no longer reside in, please contact your property manager. You will need to inform them you are not a resident at their property and they will remove you from their resident list.
