What's new in Property Control.

We have extended the payment methods available for workspaces using embedded payment accounts powered by Stripe. In addition to credit cards, residents can now make payments using bank transfers (ACH/PAD) by securely adding their bank account to their profile. Bank transfers can be used for both recurring and one-time payments within the Make a Payment module.

Once added and verified, these bank accounts appear in the Saved Payment Methods section at checkout, giving residents more flexibility in how they pay their fees, fines, and service requests.

We have expanded the Make a Payment feature for workspaces using embedded payment accounts powered by Stripe.

Previously, recurring payments were limited to a single monthly frequency. With this improvement, residents can now select from additional recurrence options — every 3 months, every 6 months, or yearly — when setting up a recurring payment. In addition, residents can now choose a start date for their first payment, giving them more flexibility and control over their payment schedules.

This update modernizes recurring payment functionality, making it easier for residents to align their payment schedules with their personal needs, while ensuring payments are processed seamlessly through Stripe.

We have improved the way transactions are displayed for owners with multiple units in Condo Manager–integrated workspaces.

Previously, users could only view transactions tied to their first unit. With this enhancement, multi-unit owners can now easily switch between their units using a drop-down menu and then view the balance and transaction history for the selected unit

This update brings consistency with other areas of the platform and delivers a clearer, more accurate experience for multi-unit owners.

process-improvement.png  Dashboard Event Calendar Widget

Building on improvements from the last release, we’ve made further updates to the Event Calendar dashboard widget to enhance readability. The time format now displays in a shorter style (e.g., “8a” instead of “08:00 AM”), helping to reduce visual clutter and save space. Additionally, more of each event name is visible without hovering — on average 12-14 characters — making it easier to view key details at a glance.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Registration Province List

Resolved an issue on the registration page where updating the country in the Unit Details or Vehicle Details section did not refresh the corresponding list of provinces to match the selected country.

process-improvement.png  Fix to 2FA Trusted Device Setting

Resolved an issue on the web app where users who selected “this is a trusted device” during two-factor authentication (2FA) were still being prompted for 2FA codes on subsequent logins, instead of being recognized as a trusted device.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Classified Ad Approval Redirect

Addressed an issue where approving a Classified Ad redirected some users to the Homepage or Discussion Forum instead of keeping them on the Classified Ads page.
