What's new in Property Control.
We have improved how recurring payments are displayed in the Make a Payment module. Recurring payment records are now fully visible in the Manage Payments section, including subscriptions that have been cancelled, ensuring users always have access to the full history of their payment activity.
Cancelled subscriptions now include key details like who cancelled the payment, when it was cancelled and why. For example, whether it was cancelled by the resident, by an administrator, automatically due to a failed payment, or because a payment account or product was changed.
Also, a new filter was added that allows users to view All, Active, or Cancelled subscriptions, and the section previously labeled "Upcoming Payments" has been renamed Manage Payments for greater clarity.
These enhancements give communities and residents better transparency, more complete records, and a smoother experience when managing recurring payments.
We have introduced an option to apply your workspace’s primary colour to the left-hand navigation menu, restoring a familiar level of branding and personalization across both web and mobile navigation.
We’ve also updated the page layout so that content areas sit on a subtle grey background creating clearer separation between navigation and content, improving readability and making it easier for users to focus on key information.
We are excited to announce that Condo Control now integrates with Zapier - a no-code automation platform that lets you connect different apps and services. With this new integration, you can automatically send updates from the Unit File to your Zapier apps, helping your team stay organized, accurate, and efficient. If you’re already a Zapier customer, you can begin using the integration right away. Simply visit our Zapier listing and start creating Zaps that fit your community’s needs.

November 1 - 9, 2025
Dashboard Menu Colour & Page Background
In response to your feedback, we have introduced an option to apply your workspace’s primary colour to the left-hand navigation menu. Administrators can configure this through Setup → Dashboard Settings → General Settings by checking the “Set Primary Colour as the Left-Hand Navigation Background Colour” option, restoring a familiar level of branding and personalization across both web and mobile navigation.
We’ve also updated the page layout so that content areas sit on a subtle grey background creating clearer separation between navigation and content, improving readability and making it easier for users to focus on key information.
Fix to Proxy Voting on Mobile Apps
Resolved an issue where some users were unable to vote on an active proxy from the mobile apps.
Fix to Status Certificate Confirmation Emails
Resolved an issue where management did not receive the confirmation email for a submitted Status Certificate Request, even though the resident received their copy.
November 10 - 16, 2025
Recurring Payment Improvements
We have improved how recurring payments are displayed and managed in the Make a Payment module.

Fix to Portfolio Welcome Emails
Addressed an issue where some portfolio users received Welcome Emails showing the wrong workspace details in the header, banner, and contact information section - often pulling from another workspace in the portfolio instead of the one they were added to.
Fix to Multi-Unit Owner Voting Count
Resolved an issue where proxy votes from multi-unit owners were only counted for their owner-occupied unit, instead of being applied to all units they own (i.e. rental or vacant units), on non-owner occupied specific questions.
Fix to Asset Management Loading Time
Resolved an issue where the Asset Management landing page took an unusually long time to load in workspaces with a large number of asset records.
November 17 - 23, 2025
Fix to Task Email Notifications
Resolved an issue where users received Task related emails even when all Task email preferences were set to “No,” particularly after a Task was assigned or reassigned.
Fix to VMS Default Province/State
Addressed an issue in VMS-integrated workspaces where the Province/State field defaulted to the first alphabetical option when editing a unit, instead of showing the unit’s actual saved province or state.
Fix to Print Summary Errors
Resolved an issue that caused a server error when users attempted to print summaries from the Violation Tracking module, Incident Reports from the Security & Concierge module, or service requests records from the Related Activity section of the Unit File.
November 24 - 30, 2025
Zapier Integration
We are excited to announce that Condo Control now integrates with Zapier - a no-code automation platform that lets you connect different apps and services. With this new integration, you can automatically send updates from the Unit File to your Zapier apps. These updates include:
- New user creation
- User updates
- User deletions
- Associated unit(s)
- Group(s)
- Contact information (email, phones)
This integration supports one-way, read-only data flow. Condo Control data can be consumed in Zapier, but no updates are written back to Condo Control. See our Zapier listing here and reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the Support Team for more information.
Fix to File Names in Document Preview
Addressed an issue where the File Library document preview window displayed system-generated file names instead of the actual file name. If the document was downloaded from the preview window, it also had the system generated name instead of the file name.
Fix to Store Cart Quantities
Resolved an issue where the Store cart showed inconsistent or incorrect item quantities, causing the cart to refresh unpredictably and display the wrong items after adding or updating products.
Fix to Announcement Preview Banner
Resolved an issue where the default announcement banner - showing the workspace’s colour and logo - was not appearing in the announcement preview for certain workspaces.
Fix to QuickBooks Online Sync
Addressed an issue where QuickBooks Online was not syncing properly to Condo Control in newly integrated workspaces.
