Residents may receive a violation notice when a community rule or policy is not followed, such as parking regulations, noise guidelines, pet policies, or balcony rules. Some violations may include an associated fine that requires payment through Condo Control. This user guide outlines how to view and pay violation fines using the Make a Payment module.
1. If you are subscribed to email notifications, you will receive an email once a violation has been registered against you. The email will include the violations details and any attachments as well as a link to view to violation or pay the violation fine. Click the link to make the payment.
2. This will take you to the Make a Payment page and all the violation details will already be entered. Select Next to proceed.
3. Review the breakdown of the violation fine and click Confirm and Pay.
4. Enter your payment details. You community's payment settings will determine your possible payment methods i.e. Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Saved Payment Methods.
5. Your payment is now confirmed and your community administrator will be notified.
You can review the details of the violation under My Account.
If paying the fine resolved the violation, the administrator will mark it as closed. If further steps are still required, they will be listed in the violation details and you will be notified accordingly.
