What's new in Property Control.
We have added new tools to help community administrators and residents quickly identify service requests that have unread updates - without having to open each request individually or rely solely on email notifications.
Users will now see a visual unread indicator next to any service request that has been updated since they last viewed it.
They can also filter the service requests list by unread status, pulling all unread items across Open, Pending, and Closed categories.
Further, administrators will now see an unread service request count, allowing them to quickly assess how many service requests require review.
These improvements make it easier and faster for management teams and residents to stay on top of new activity and respond promptly to updates within their community.

December 1 - 7, 2025
Service Requests Unread Indicator
We have added new tools to help community administrators and residents quickly identify service requests that have new, unread updates, without needing to open each request individually or rely solely on email notifications. With this enhancement, users can now:
- See a visual unread indicator next to any service request that has been updated since they last viewed it.
- Filter service requests by unread status, making it simple to focus on items that need attention across Open, Pending, or Closed categories.
- View an unread count alongside existing Open/Pending/Closed totals, allowing users to quickly assess how many service requests require review.
Fix to Electronic Consent Report
Resolved an issue where users were incorrectly appearing in the Electronic Consent Report despite not completing registration or submitting a valid signed e-consent.
Fix to Ontario Proxy Results Page
Addressed an issue where the Ontario Proxy Form results page failed to show how many voters selected the default proxy option or entered a write-in, preventing property managers from seeing how many proxy votes a designated holder represented.
Fix to Portfolio Announcement Deletion
Resolved an issue where deleting a portfolio-sent announcement from a specific workspace incorrectly removed that announcement from every workspace in the portfolio, even though the user deleting it only had access to that one workspace.
December 8 - 14, 2025
Fix to Community Data Sheet Settings
Addressed an issue in Portfolio Settings where editing section names on the Community Data Sheet caused users to be unexpectedly logged out and redirected to the login page.
Fix to Support Ticket Attachments
Resolved an issue where the file selector did not consistently open when adding attachments to support tickets, sometimes failing to appear or taking an extended time to load.
December 15 - 31, 2025
Fix to Service Request Summary Report Filter
Resolved an issue where the Service Request Summary report timed out and failed to load when filtering by a Closed Date option, including Last Month, All, or custom date ranges.
