Video Script
Welcome to the Amenity Bookings: Creating Mobile Bookings overview. In this video we will demonstrate how to book an amenity using the mobile app.
Begin by launching the Condo Control app and selecting Amenity Bookings. You will now see a list of your pending and approved amenity bookings. To create a new booking click the plus sign.
Scroll through the amenity list to find the desired amenity. The amenity fees and deposit amounts are clearly listed, and you can scroll through the pictures for each amenity. Click Select to view the amenity details. You can now scroll through pictures, read the amenity description, Pricing and Deposit Structure, Hours of Operation, and Terms and Conditions.
To continue, click Select Dates. Dates that are unavailable will be grayed out in the calendar. For a Hotel Style booking, select the check-in and check-out dates. The check-in and check-out times will then be listed at the bottom of the screen. Click Continue. You will now see the maximum number of guests.
If there are no guests, click I have no guests. If there are guests enter the amount of guests and fill in the required fields. Once completed click Next. Enter any relevant event notes and determine if you want to receive an email reminder. Then, select your payment type and click Terms and Conditions.
Review and agree to the terms and conditions and if applicable, sign the terms and conditions. Then, click Review and Confirm. You will then see a summary of the booking and if applicable, a field for online payment details. Click Confirm Booking to finalize the booking.
If the amenity you selected has time slots there will be an additional step after date selection. Click the desired date and then pick the desired time slot. Once selected, click Save followed by Continue. The gym does not allow guests or require payment, so you just have to enter the required booking details and click Terms and Conditions. Like before agree, and if applicable, sign the terms and conditions.
Then, click Review and Confirm followed by Confirm Booking. You will now see the amenity bookings on the bookings list. This concludes the Amenity Bookings: Creating Mobile Bookings overview. For more information on the Amenity Booking feature, please refer to our user guides.
