A violation notice may be issued if a community rule or policy is not followed, such as parking regulations, noise guidelines, pet policies, or balcony rules. This user guide outlines how to view violation details and submit a response through Condo Control.
Option 1 - Email Notification
If you are subscribed to email notifications, you will receive an email once a violation has been registered against you. Click the link to view the full details.
Option 2 - Through Condo Control
Select My Account from the main menu.
Pick the Violation Tracking tab and click the Edit icon to open the violation details.
With either option you will then see the violation details. Enter a response in the text box provided and attach any relevant files. Once completed click Save Update as Published to send your response to your community administrators.
