Welcome to the Store: Purchasing Products overview. In this video we will demonstrate how to purchase products from the store and view your store orders.
To get started, select Store from the main menu. You will then see a list of products you can purchase from the Store. On the store page you can create a new order or view your past and pending orders.
To create a new order, select Add to Cart underneath the applicable product. You can also select the product to review the details and then select Add to Cart. After selecting the desired products, click the Cart button.
Review the order details and update the quantity as needed. To remove a product from your cart, select Delete. If applicable, agree to the terms and conditions and enter any relevant comments about the order. Once completed, click Checkout.
You will now see a summary of the order, as well as a breakdown of the subtotal, service fees, and tax. To proceed with the order, select Pay and Save Your Order. Enter your credit card information and click Pay. Your order has now been placed. You will then receive an order email confirmation and building administrators will be notified that a new order was placed.
To view your order, select My Orders. Here you will see all your store orders with the most recent order at the top of the list. You can conduct an all-text keyword search of the orders list using the search bar at the top of the page. You can also filter the orders list by order status.
When your order is available, building administrators will change the order status to Ready To Pick Up. You will then receive an email notification with the pick up details.
To review an order, click on the order from the orders list. You will then see a summary of the product details. To download and print a copy of your order receipt, select Print Order. If your order was a file, select Download to save the file to your device.
