Our AI assistant, Centra, can answer most questions quickly and accurately. If it is unable to answer your question adequately, you can submit a ticket to our support team.
1. Select the AI Assistant icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This icon will appear on every page inside Condo Control.
2. Ask Centra to "talk to a person", and then click the "Create a support request" button. You can create a support case by sharing the details of your question or issue, and our team will contact you with a solution or ask for additional details if required.
