What’s new in Property Control.
We have made several improvements to the Visitor Parking feature on the Mobile app.
Residents can now select from a list of previously registered visitors, and their details will pre-fill automatically. They can also set a custom arrival time, including future times, instead of being limited to the current timestamp.
For communities with paid visitor parking, residents can now purchase passes directly in the mobile app, with a full payment breakdown and the option to select a saved payment method, before finishing registration.
These updates bring the mobile experience in line with our web app and are available on iOS and Android version 13.3 and up.
We have enhanced the mobile payment experience for communities using Embedded Payments.
The Manage Payments page — formerly called "Upcoming Payments" — now provides better visibility into recurring subscriptions. Users can view both active and cancelled subscriptions, filter by status, and access additional details such as who cancelled a subscription and when.
Receipt handling has also improved. Android users can now open receipts directly in the app, and fees are combined into a single Service Fee line for cleaner, easier-to-read receipts.
These updates close the gap between the mobile and web experience and are available on iOS and Android version 13.3 and up.
We have enhanced the Package Scanner to make logging packages faster and more accurate.
New in-app guidance helps users capture labels more effectively, with tips on positioning, lighting, and framing. AI-powered scanning improves recipient identification, and when a scan fails, users receive detailed, actionable feedback to guide their next attempt.
The manual entry screen has also been refreshed with a cleaner, more modern design. These enhancements are available on iOS and Android version 13.5 and up.

Mobile Visitor Parking Improvements
We have introduced several improvements to Visitor Parking in the Mobile App to align the mobile experience more closely with the web platform and make visitor registration faster and more flexible for residents:
Paid Visitor Parking: Residents can now register paid visitors directly from the Mobile App for communities that have paid visitor parking enabled, including viewing payment breakdowns and selecting saved payment methods.
Reuse Past Visitors: Residents can now select from a list of previously registered visitors, automatically pre-filling visitor and vehicle details to speed up the registration process.
Custom Arrival Time: Residents can now specify a visitor arrival time, including future times, instead of the system defaulting to the current timestamp.
These changes are available on the iOS and Android app version 13.3.0 and up.
Mobile Make a Payment Enhancements
We have enhanced the Mobile App payments experience for communities using Embedded Payments to better align with the web platform, including several improvements to recurring payment management and receipt handling:
Updated the Manage Payments page (formerly “Upcoming Payments”) to provide better visibility into recurring payment subscriptions, including the ability to view both active and cancelled subscriptions and filter by status.
Improved subscription details by displaying cancellation information, including who cancelled the subscription and when.
Updated the subscription end date to reflect the last charge date for recurring payments.
Improved payment receipt handling, including opening receipts directly within the app for Android (matching iOS behavior) and combining fees into a single Service Fee line for clearer receipts.
These changes are available on the iOS and Android app version 13.3.0 and up.
Fix to Violation Draft Payment Links
Resolved an issue where payment links were not included for violation stages, beyond the first, when that stage was initially saved as a draft before being published.
Fix to Budget Mailout Drag Fields
Addressed an issue where "Drag Fields" could not be inserted into the body of Budget Mailout announcements, resulting in users having to manually type them.
Fix to Proxy Form PDFs
Resolved an issue where certain proxy forms downloaded as PDFs displayed merge field codes instead of properly formatted content when specific voting sections were left unanswered.
Fix to Daily Salesforce Sync
Addressed an issue where the daily Salesforce sync was not consistently updating workspace details from Condo Control, resulting in missing or outdated information in Salesforce.
March 9 - 15, 2026
Fix to Proxy Voting Reminder Emails
Resolved an issue where a scheduled proxy voting reminder email was sent multiple times to users instead of only once as intended.
Fix to the Re-Open Voting Option
Addressed an issue in the Proxy Voting module where the “Re-Open Voting” option was not available when voting closed automatically after the election end date passed, preventing administrators from reopening voting through the interface.
March 16 - 22, 2026
Fix to Unit File First Name Field
Resolved an issue where the First Name field was not required during user creation but became required when editing the same user in the Unit File. The First Name field is now optional in both creation and editing.
