What’s new in Property Control.
Administrators can now download a print-ready copy of any announcement directly from the announcement details page. The formatted document includes your workspace name and logo, the announcement title and posted date, the full announcement body, and relevant contact information in the footer, making it easy to share printed copies with residents across the community.
We have made improvements to Incident Reports to give you a clearer, more organized record of every update. Files uploaded when adding an update are now attached directly to that update, rather than being grouped together at the report level. This makes it easier to see exactly which files were submitted at each stage of an incident. This improvement applies to new updates going forward.
We're excited to introduce bulk recurring payment subscription updates for workspaces using Embedded Payments. Previously, the only way to make changes to an active subscription was to ask each resident to cancel and recreate their payment from scratch. Now, administrators can manage those updates themselves, in bulk or one subscription at a time, without any interruption to residents.
Updates are supported for both Specific Amount and No Specific Amount subscription types. Administrators can modify the payment amount, frequency type, and next payment date, and changes are processed automatically in the background with a history record written for each update.

Announcement Printing Capabilities
Administrators can now download a print-ready copy of any announcement directly from the announcement details page. Clicking the "Print" button generates a formatted .docx file that includes the workspace name and logo, the announcement title and posted date, the full announcement body, and relevant contact details in the footer — making it easy to distribute printed copies across the community.

Fix to Status Certificate Orders
Resolved an issue where some Status Certificate orders were disappearing from the order view after fulfillment, causing administrators to believe the order had not been completed when it had in fact been processed successfully.
Fix to Custom Date Range in Reports
Addressed an issue where the date range field at the top of the Amenity Usage and File Storage Usage reports was appearing blank when a custom date range was selected.
Fix to Discussion Forum Followers
Resolved an issue where followers were automatically removed from Discussion Forums without any action taken by administrators, and the corresponding email notification preference for those users was inadvertently set to disabled.

Update Recurring Payments
Payment administrators can now update active recurring payment subscriptions directly from the Store / Payments Setup page. Previously, there was no way to make these updates without asking residents to cancel and recreate their payments — requiring administrators to follow up with each one individually.
Updates can be made in bulk or applied to individual subscriptions, and support both Specific Amount and No Specific Amount fee types. Payment administrators can modify the payment amount, frequency type, and next payment date, with changes processed in the background and a history record written for each update. This feature is available to workspaces using Embedded Payments only.
