What’s new in Property Control.

Residents can now access announcement attachments directly from their email notification — no need to log in to the platform. Smaller files are sent as direct attachments in the email, and if the combined file size is over ten megabytes, they will appear as download links in the body of the email. Either way, residents have everything they need right in their inbox.

We have made a series of improvements to the Store to improve usability and modernize the overall design. Browsing is now easier with a new search box in the header that stays in view as you scroll. Residents can also adjust quantities or remove items right from the product listing, and the cart updates in real time to show the current item count. For administrators, the All Orders page search now picks up unit numbers, making it easier to locate and release purchases.

You can now make changes to election questions on a proxy that is already live — whether that means updating the wording, removing a candidate who has since withdrawn, or adding a new question altogether. A new Edit Questions button is available on any active proxy.

When you save your changes, you can also choose to send a notification to voters, with the option to reach everyone on the list or only those who have already submitted their vote. Any votes already cast are kept intact; if a question or answer option was removed, those responses are simply excluded from the results. Every change is saved in the proxy history records and takes effect immediately across the platform — including in the mobile app, results page, and downloaded proxy documents.

You can read more about our new features and system improvements in our Release Notes.

June 1 - 7, 2026

process-improvement.png  Platform UI Modernization

We are continuing to modernize the look and feel of our platform. Typography, colours, spacing, and buttons have been updated across the Service Requests, Tasks, Phone Book, and Print Jobs modules. These are visual updates only — no changes have been made to functionality or page flows. Additional modules will be refreshed in the coming weeks.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Proxy Voting Summary Results

Resolved an issue in Proxy Voting where write-in nominees were not appearing in the summary results, while still being counted in the total vote percentage — causing totals to appear inflated.

June 8 - 14, 2026

process-improvement.png  File Attachments in Announcement Emails

Administrators can now include file attachments directly in announcement emails. When an announcement is posted with attached files, residents will receive those files in their inbox—no need to click through to the platform to access them.

Files totalling 10 MB or less are sent as direct email attachments. If the combined size exceeds 10 MB, the files are included as download links in the email body instead. The announcement's existing "Click here to view the announcement" link remains in place alongside this new behaviour.

process-improvement.png  Store Usability Improvements

We have made a series of improvements to the Store feature to improve usability and modernize the overall design, including:

  • Header Search: A search box has been added to the store header, which now remains visible as you scroll through products.
  • Product Quantity Controls: "Add to Cart" now lets residents adjust quantities or remove items directly from the product listing without navigating away.
  • Cart Count: The cart button updates in real time to reflect the total number of items.
  • All Orders Unit Search: Residents can now search by unit number on the All Orders page.

June 15 - 21, 2026

process-improvement.png  Fix to Task Tracking Unread Indicator

Resolved an issue where the Tasks unread notification indicator (blue dot) on tasks persisted even after a user had opened and viewed the task. The indicator now clears correctly once a task has been read.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Status Certificate Payment Status

Resolved an issue where some Status Certificate orders were incorrectly moved to a “Payment Failed” status even when the payment was successfully processed.

June 22 - 30, 2026

process-improvement.png  Electronic Voting Write-In Nominations

Administrators can now control whether voters are permitted to submit write-in nominations on board election questions. A new setting called “Allow write-in nominations on board election questions” has been added under Setup > Proxy Voting. When disabled, the write-in field is hidden from voters during the advanced voting flow, so only the pre-listed candidates appear on the ballot. The Nominate question type is not affected by this setting and will continue to allow write-in nominations as before.

process-improvement.png  Edit Election Questions on a Live Proxy

Administrators can now add, edit, or remove election questions and answer options on a proxy that is already live - for example, to remove a candidate who has since dropped out. A new “Edit Questions” button is available on the Proxy Voting > Question Details page for any proxy in Active status.

When changes are saved, administrators can optionally send a notification email to all voters or only those who have already submitted their proxy. Existing submitted votes are preserved — responses tied to removed questions or answer options are excluded from results calculations, while all other votes remain valid. All changes are logged in the proxy history.

process-improvement.png  Package Scanner Tracking Numbers

The Package Scanner on the mobile app now extracts tracking numbers directly from package labels, in addition to recognizing the recipient. When a label is scanned, both the recipient name and tracking number are automatically pre-populated on the Create Package page, eliminating the need for a separate barcode scan step.

Tracking number extraction supports common carrier formats including USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, DHL, Purolator, and Amazon. If a tracking number cannot be detected, the field remains empty and can be entered manually as before.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Visitor Parking Expiration Time

Resolved an issue where the expiration time remained editable on Custom Parking Permits, even when the “Parking passes expire at the same time every day” setting was enabled. Only the date can now be modified.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Service Request Summary Report Filter

Addressed an issue where the assigned user filter on the Service Request Summary report was not applying correctly, returning results for all users regardless of the selection.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Training Module Course Completion

Addressed an issue where certain courses in the Training Module had duplicate tracking, preventing users from completing their training and receiving a certificate of completion.
