Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. This feature is available if your property management has enabled it for resident accounts.
1. From the menu, tap Classified Ads, then tap a category.
2. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner to start a new ad.
3. Enter a Topic, Message, and price, then tap Review Ad.
4. Check I agree to the Terms and Conditions, then tap Post a classified.
