Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. This feature is available if your property management has enabled it for resident accounts.
1. From the menu, tap Valet Service, then tap Request Vehicle.
2. Under Own Vehicles, check the box beside your vehicle. To request a vehicle that isn’t on your account, tap Add Guest Vehicle instead. Set the Pickup Date/Time (leave it as Now for an immediate pickup).
3. Tap Request 1 Vehicle to submit your request.
4. Your request is submitted. Tap My Valet Requests to view its status.
