This guide is for residents responding to a survey through the Condo Control web app. Surveys are available if your property management has posted one for your group.
1. From the left-hand menu, select Survey.
2. Surveys you can respond to show a Published status. Click the Respond arrow beside the survey name.
3. Answer the questions. All questions must be answered before you can submit. If a comment question does not apply to you, type “n/a”.
4. Click Submit.
5. A Thank You page confirms your response has been recorded.
Good to know
If you miss a question, the survey shows “Please correct the following errors” and highlights the question to complete. Answer it and click Submit again.
Each person can respond to a survey once. If you open a survey you already completed, you will see the message below. Responses cannot be changed after submitting — contact your property management if you need a correction.
Each resident with their own login can complete the survey — responses are recorded per person, not per unit.
