Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. This feature is available to property management and security staff with the appropriate permissions.
1. From the menu, tap Violation Tracking.
2. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Log single violation. To issue the same violation to several units at once, tap Log multiple violations instead.
4. Complete the form: select the Unit and Violation type, enter a Subject, choose Public or Internal and write the Comment, and set a Due Date. Add photos under Attachments if needed.
5. Tap Save as Draft, or use the dropdown arrow to save and send the notice to the resident.
