Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. This feature is available to property management and security staff with the appropriate permissions.
1. From the menu, tap Violation Tracking.
2. Your community's violations are listed. Search by unit, user, or address, or use the tabs at the bottom to filter by Open, Closed, Past due, or Drafts.
3. Tap a violation to open it, then use the Details and History tabs to review it.
