Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. This feature is available to property management and security staff with the appropriate permissions.
1. Open the violation from Violation Tracking, then tap the pencil (edit) icon in the top-right corner.
2. Choose Update Violation to add a comment or change the status, or Log Next Warning to issue the next notice stage.
3. To update the violation: write a Comment (Public or Internal), adjust the Due Date or add Attachments if needed, then tap Save as Open — use the dropdown arrow to change the status.
4. To log the next warning: the next Stage (for example, Second Notice) is pre-filled with the unit and recipient.
5. Enter a Comment. A comment is required — the next warning will not save without one.
6. Tap the dropdown arrow on the Save button, then choose Save as Open to issue the notice.
