Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. This feature is available to property management and security staff with the appropriate permissions.
1. From the menu, tap Unit File.
2. Enter a unit number, name, email, or barcode in the search box, then tap Search. (You can also tap the barcode icon to scan a resident’s barcode.)
3. Tap the resident you want from the results.
4. The unit file opens, showing the resident’s details — unit, user group, email, phone numbers, barcode, and electronic consent.
