Video Script

Welcome to the Valet Parking: Requesting Valet Services overview. In this video we will demonstrate how to request valet parking in your building. This feature will only be enabled if your building offers valet parking.

To get started, select Valet Service from the main menu. This will open the Valet Services page where you can request retrieval of your own vehicle or a guest’s vehicle. You can only request valet services for one vehicle at a time. 

If you select Request Own Vehicle, a drop-down menu will appear with your unit’s registered vehicles. Select the appropriate vehicle and click Create. You will then see your estimated wait time and number in queue. 

If you select Request Guest Vehicle, either enter the guest’s valet reference number or license plate number and click Create. Like before, you will then see your estimated wait time and number in queue.

The status page refreshes every 30 seconds and provides updates when the vehicle is being retrieved and when the vehicle has been delivered. Once the vehicle is delivered, you will be redirected to the Valet Services page and can request valet services for another vehicle.
