This article outlines the new features, system improvements, and bug fixes rolled out in the month of October. Please review the changes carefully as some may impact the way the system works.
October 1 - 11, 2026
Portfolio File Library
We are excited to announce that File Library is now available at the portfolio level. Previously, files could only be uploaded one workspace at a time, but portfolio administrators can now upload files to multiple workspaces at once from the new Portfolio File Library. Files can be sent to every active workspace in the portfolio or only to selected ones, and placed in the main File Library or a matching folder in each workspace. Administrators can also choose to email users about the new files, and each workspace's File Library history shows that the file was uploaded from the portfolio. The Portfolio File Library currently supports uploading only. Editing, moving, or deleting files is still done within each workspace’s File Library.

Payment Exports to Condo Manager
Asset management, visitor parking, and guest pass payments collected through Embedded Payments now flow into Condo Manager automatically through the Commerce Export. These payments are posted alongside your other exported transactions, so your accounting stays complete and up to date without any manual entry.
Amenity Booking Deposit Capture
Payment administrators can now capture an amenity booking deposit right from the booking, instead of searching for it in the Embedded Payments Dashboard. Simply select “Transaction Details” next to the booking’s Deposit Status to view and capture the deposit. Captured deposits now also update the booking’s Deposit Status and are recorded in the booking’s History.
Fix to French Translations
Resolved an issue with several French translations across the platform. French text now displays as expected for users with French as their language preference.
