This article outlines the new features, system improvements, and bug fixes rolled out in the month of November. Please review the changes carefully as some may impact the way the system works.
November 1 - 8, 2026
Workspace Time Zone Changes
Administrators can now choose new time zones for British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba in Workspace Settings, reflecting the recent move away from daylight saving time in those provinces. Workspaces in these provinces have been updated to the new time zones, and their upcoming bookings, events and due dates remain at the same local time.
All Payments Screen & My Receipts
Administrators can now find a receipt for every online payment on the refreshed All Payments screen, including ones that never had receipts before, like service requests and violations. Each receipt is dated to when the charge was paid, and the list can be filtered, sorted and searched to quickly locate a specific transaction. Residents also get an improved view of their receipts under the newly named My Receipts section. This update is available on the web app for workspaces using Embedded Payments.
Mobile: Make a Payment for Condo Manager Invoices
Residents on workspaces integrated with Condo Manager can now pay their outstanding invoices directly from the Make a Payment page in the iOS and Android apps. Open invoices are listed and can be selected individually or all at once, and the payment details fill in automatically based on what is selected. Once the payment is complete, the invoices are marked as paid in Condo Manager. These changes are available on the iOS and Android app version 13.15.0 and up.
Mobile: Unit Selection for Transactions
Residents linked to more than one unit can now choose which unit’s transactions to view under My Account > Transactions in the iOS and Android apps. Previously, only the first unit’s transactions were shown. This gives residents a complete view of the activity for each of their units. The unit selector appears for workspaces using Condo Manager or QuickBooks Desktop integration, and only for residents with more than one unit. These changes are available on the iOS and Android app version 13.16.0 and up.
Fix to Service Request Date and Time Field
Addressed an issue where the calendar that opens from a Date Time field on a service request did not move with the page when scrolling, so it could drift away from the field, cover other fields or be cut off.
Fix to E-Voting Summary Graph
Resolved an issue where the timeline graph on the Summary tab of the E-Voting module could show more votes than had actually been received, making it look as though quorum had been reached when it had not.
