Video Script

Welcome to the Condo Control activation process. Over the next 2 to 3 weeks, we will be working together to setup and launch your workspace. In this video we will review our six-step activation process to give you an overview of what to expect.

Step 1 – Kick-Off Meeting

Meet with your activation specialist to discuss scope of work, your current database, and activation timelines. By the end of the meeting, you will have a customized gameplan for your activation.

Step 2 – Data Import

Share your owner and resident data with your activation specialist. They will then organize your data into a format that can be imported to your workspace. You will be required to review and sign-off on the final import document.

If you opted to use accounting integration to create your user database, like QuickBooks, VMS, or Yardi, your activation specialist will send you further instructions. You may then be required to update your data to a compatible format.

Step 3 – Workspace Configuration

Now that your data has been imported, it’s time to configure your workspace. Have a specific colour theme or building logo? Need documents added to the file library? Want to create violation types? We’ve got you covered. Share your additional requirements with your activation specialist and they will configure them for you.

Step 4 – Training

Meet with your activation specialist for training on your workspace features. We recommend including any workspace administrators in this meeting. We also have a number of training videos, user guides, and FAQs that can help you along the way, including a dedicated video series for security staff.

Step 5 – Final Review

With your launch date just around the corner, it’s time to review your workspace settings and communicate any final revisions to your activation specialist. Once your workspace configuration is complete you will be introduced to your customer success manager. They will be your point of contact for any subscription questions post launch.

Step 6 – Launch

Meet with your activation specialist one last time to review your final settings and launch your workspace. Your owners and resident will then receive a welcome email and can register for your workspace. For any technical questions or issues, contact our support team.
