The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our October 26, 2022 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
- Improvements to Service Request Payment Validations
We made payment flow more robust for service request payments by adding extra validations.
- Improvement to Revising Amenity Booking with Cleaning Hours
Now when an amenity with cleaning hours is booked, our system will shift the cleaning hours accordingly if the booking date and time are revised.
- Fix to Service Request Fee Adjustments
We addressed an issue with service request fees being retroactively applied to old requests of that type when fees are added to an existing service request type. Now the fee will only apply to new service requests.
- Fix to Event Feature Validations
We added an extra check on create/edit event pages so that duplicate records are not saved by accident when clicking on the “save” button. We also addressed an issue with the “send reminders” checkbox not retaining its value on edit event pages.
- Fix to Count of Paper Copies for Custom E-Consent Documents
We addressed an issue with archived units being eligible for custom e-consent documents on the setup page. Now only active units will be shown.
- Fix to Unicode Characters in SMS & Voice Messages for Electronic Voting
We fixed an issue with Unicode non-Latin characters not being properly displayed in SMS and voice messages for electronic voting.
