Pass-on logs for the Security & Concierge module allow your security team to send important messages to either specific team members or the entire team. In this user guide, we will review how to create a pass-on log.

How to Recall and Check Reviewers of a Pass-on Log
1. Log into your Condo Control account, then click on Security & Concierge in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the Pass-On Log (hand & baton) icon.
3. You will then be able to enter a new pass-on log.
1) Enter the Subject for your pass-on log.
2) Then, determine if the details will be Public or Internal.
Public logs allows any user with access to the Security and Concierge console can see the pass-on log in the activity stream.
Internal logs are only visible to team members assigned in the pass-on log.
3) Enter the Details of the pass-on log.
4) If applicable, you can attach a file to the log.
5) Select who is required to review the Pass-On Log. Only members in the security and concierge user group will display in this section.
6) Once the log is filled, click on Save to send the Pass-On Log to the team members selected.
Note: Although the selected recipients are required to review the Pass-On Log, all administrators and Security & Concierge Members will be able to view the Pass-On Log.
