In this user guide, we will review how to search for previous actions regarding key tracking.
1. Log into your Condo Control account and select Security & Concierge from the left-hand menu.
2. From the drop down list, you can filter the Security and Concierge Console by selecting Key Checkouts.
3. Enter any information about the key and click Search.
4. A list of all actions taken relating to the keyword will be shown.
5. Click on What Happened to view the details of the key tracking.
