How are Status Certificate Requests Processed?
Status certificate requests are processed and completed by the property management team. They use Condo Control as the platform to manage and fulfill these requests. Condo Control facilitates the process but does not make decisions regarding the status certificate requests or hold the documents that are to be provided.

 

Can I Cancel a Status Certificate Request?
To request a cancellation of a status certificate request, you must contact your property management (PM) team directly. The decision to allow a cancellation is at the discretion of the property management team and depends on the specific policies of your property.

 

What Fees Are Refundable?
Please be aware that service fees and payment provider fees are non-refundable. Only the subtotal amount of the order may be refunded, subject to the property management's approval. It is important to discuss the refund policy with your property management team to understand what portion of your fees, if any, can be refunded.
