The following changes will be rolled out to Condo Control during our March 5, 2025 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Resident Account Balance for Condo Manager Integration
We have rolled out an improvement to our Condo Manager Integration. Residents will now be able to view both their transactions list and account balance under My Account. Administrators can enable/disable this permission for each user group as needed. For more information on group permissions, refer to the following guide: How to Edit a Group and Group Permissions.
- Yardi Data Filter & Import Enhancements
We have improved how user data is filtered and imported through Yardi Intergration. First, we have updated how we handle Rcode user move-out dates.

If an Rcode user has a move-out date (present or past) and is not a Condo Control integrated user, they will not be created in Condo Control.

If an Rcode user has a move-out date (present or past) and is a Condo Control integrated user, they will now be archived in Condo Control.

Second, offsite addresses will now only be imported for alternate users without a move-out date in Yardi. If an alternate user has a past or present move-out date, their offsite address will be ignored during import. Further, if a unit in Condo Control already has an offsite address, it will be removed if there are no longer any alternate users without a move-out date. These improvements ensure that only active residents and their correct offsite addresses are imported to Condo Control, improving our data accuracy.
- System Performance Improvements
We continue to implement backend improvements to increase the overall processing speed of our system. This release, we focused primarily on the My Account feature. This is part of our ongoing efforts to optimize system performance and ensure the best experience possible for our users. If you experience performance issues, please report them to the Support Team.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Email Template Logos
Addressed an issue where the workspace logo was missing from the "Failed Login" and "Password Reset" email templates.
- Fix to Community Details in Email Templates
Resolved an issue where the community details were off-center in several email templates like "New Incident Report" and "Event Reminder".
- Fix to Virtual Meeting Access on Latest iOS Versions
Addressed an issue with accessing virtual meetings using the Safari browser on the latest iOS versions (18.1.1, 18.2.0).
- Fix to Annoucement SMS & Voice Notifications
Resolved an issue where some users were not receiving SMS or voice notifications because their phone numbers were given an "Unsubscribed" status after import.
- Fix to Updating Proxy Votes in Multi-User Units
Resolved an issue where users that own multiple units could not vote during virtual meetings if someone in one of their units already cast a vote for that unit.
- Fix to Condo Manager Email Duplicates
Addressed an issue with Condo Manager integration that occured when users were created in Condo Control but the code did not look for existing users with the same email.
- Fix to Offsite Address Imports from Yardi
Resolved an issue where offsite addresses in Condo Control were not displaying after being removed and later re-added in Yardi. Now, when an offiste address is reintrodcued in Yardi, it will correctly update and display in Condo Control.
- Fix to Hidden Units in the Unit File & Reports
Resolved an issue where units with all users deleted were incorrectly hidden from the Unit File view and reports. Units will now remain visible even if all associated users are removed.
