What’s new in Condo Control.

We have improved the logic for our service request email notifications. When assignees are added to a service request type, they will be the only staff members to receive notifications about the request, except in the following conditions:

If a staff member is an Architectural Change Request approver - and subscribed to notifications - they will still receive email notifications. If the assigned staff member takes an action on a specific service request, they will not receive an email notification.

If multiple staff members are assignees, only the user taking the action will not receive an email notification. And if a service request type is not assigned, all staff members will receive email notifications when an action is taken, if they are subscribed to the corresponding email preferences.

This logic applies to creating service requests, updating service requests, and service request reminders. These changes create a more streamlined notification process, removing unnecessary notifications and ensuring relevant parties are aware of the state of each service request.

We have rolled out an improvement to our Condo Manager Integration. Residents will now be able to view both their transactions list and account balance under My Account. Administrators can enable or disable access to the account balance feature for each user group as needed.
