This user guide outlines how to submit online payments using the Make a Payment feature for both recurring and one time payments. To view a video demonstration of the feature, refer to the Make a Payment: Creating & Managing Payments - Resident Video Guide.
1. Login to your Condo Control account.
2. Select Make a Payment from the main menu.
3. From the payments page, click Make a Payment.
Recurring Payments
1. Select the recurring payment from the "I want to pay for" drop down menu.
2. If applicable, enter the Invoice/reference number.
3. Then, enter the amount of money you are paying. The service fee will be automatically calculated based on the amount you enter.
4. The Type of Payment section will default to Recurring Payment.
NOTE: the recurring payment will be charged on the first of the month, not the day you set up the payment. For example, a recurring payment created on September 8, 2021 will not be charged until October 1, 2021.
5. If applicable, add any relevant comments and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Once completed, click Next.
6. Review the payments details. The final amount is listed in the "Total" row. If you at satisfied with the payment details, select "Create Recurring Payment".
7. Enter your credit card number, expiration date and CVC. Once completed, click the Pay button.
You can review or revise your recurring payments from the Manage Payments section.

One Time Payment
1. Select One Time Payment from the "I want to pay for" drop down menu.
2. Then, enter what you are paying for (e.g. a repair or violation fine).
3. If applicable, enter the Invoice/reference number.
4. Then, enter the amount of money you are paying. The service fee will be automatically calculated based on the amount you enter.
5. The Type of Payment section will default to One Time Payment.
6. If applicable, add any relevant comments. Once completed, click Next.
7. Review the payments details. The final amount is listed in the "Total" row. If you at satisfied with the payment details, select Confirm and Pay.
8. Enter your credit card number, expiration date and CVC. Once completed, click the Pay button.
NOTE: If you are using an international credit card, there will be an additional service fee. You will need to confirm that you want to continue with the payment.
Service Fee Breakdown:
There are two parts to the Service fee:
- Stripe fee - For the use of Stripe, there is a 2.9% + 30 cent charge to each transaction/payment.
- Condo Control Fee - For each online payment, CCC charges either 1% of the payment total or $2.00, whichever amount is higher.
- Stripe International Fee - For payments made with an international card
