Residents may choose to set-up recurring payments for standard monthly charges, like rent or maintenance fees. Once configured, these payments will be automatically charges each month without any action required from the resident. This user guide outlines how to review or cancel recurring payments using the Make a Payment feature.

Creating & Managing Payments Video
1. Select Make a Payment from the main menu.
2. From the Make a Payment dashboard, click Manage Payments.
Review Recurring Payment Records
1. To review the details of a recurring payment, select the View icon.
2. You will then see your recurring payment receipt and can download a copy for your records. The payment receipt includes key information like payment status, type of payment (i.e., Recurring Monthly, Recurring Yearly etc.), amount/fee breakdown, date of subscription to the recurring payment, and next payment date.
Cancel Recurring Payments
1. To cancel a recurring payment, select the Delete icon. This will cancel all future payments in the recurrence.
2. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Once you select Delete, the recurring payment will be cancelled immediately.
3. The payment record will remain available under the Manage Payments section but the last payment date and subscription end date will be listed. If you do not want to see cancelled payments change the filter from All to Active.
4. If you open the receipt, the payment status will now be listed as Cancelled and you can see who cancelled the payment and when.
If you view receipts from past payments in the recurrence, you will see an additional section called Cancellation Details which also outlines who cancelled the recurring payment and when.
