This user guide outlines how to register for your Condo Control account through the mobile app. To do this, you will need a welcome email from your property manager to get started.

Register Your Account - Browser
1. Launch the Condo Control app and select "Register".
2. Enter the Registration Code and Unit Number provided in your welcome email. Once completed, click "Get Started".
Tip: If you receive an error try adding a 0 before the number of your unit (i.e. Unit 10 would be 010).
3. Profile Picture - If your community requires profile pictures, begin by selecting the camera icon and uploading a profile photo.
You can either upload an image from your camera roll by selecting "Existing Image" or take a picture with your device's camera by selecting "Image from Camera".
4. User Details - Review and if applicable, update your first name, last name, and email. Then, create and confirm a password for your account. Once completed, select "Next".
5. Contact Details - Review, add or update your phones and then select the "+" icon to add your emergency contact information. Once completed, click "Next".
6. Unit Details - Add additional details about your unit, like vehicles and pet information. The fields in this section will vary in each community based on the information your community manager wants to collect. Once completed. click "Save".
Note: Sections in grey cannot be edited due to restrictions placed by your community manager.
7. Electronic Consent - Any consent documents you are required to complete, like electronic consent or package waivers, will be listed in this section. Click "Get Started" to review the documents.
8. Read the consent document, add your signature, and select "Save and Continue". Continue this process for each document.
9. Before finalizing you registration, determine if you want to invite additional owners or residents to register (you will see the current list of invitees under "Invited Users"). To complete your registration, select "Finish".
Your registration is now complete, on future visits, you will be able to login using your email address and the password you've set up.
