Welcome to the Security & Concierge: Logging a Package on Mobile overview. In this video we will demonstrate how to log a package using the Condo Control mobile app. Only users with administrative permissions will have access to this feature.
To get started, open the Condo Control app on your mobile device. From the main menu, select Log a Package. This will launch the package scanner. You will then see step by step instructions on how to log a package. To dismiss these instructions, select Don’t show again.
Then, click Start Scanning Packages. Position the camera over the package recipient’s name and select Capture. If the name was captured correctly, the package details page will open. The User field and Courier field will be automatically populated. Enter the remaining package details including package type and if applicable, storage spot.
If you need to revise the package details, click on the applicable field, and select the appropriate option. Once completed, click Save. The package has now been logged, and the user will receive an email or SMS notification.
