The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control Central during our December 19, 2019 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
NEW:
- Unit File Elastic Search
We implemented Elastic Search for unit file, which improved search functionality by introducing more clean and advanced search capabilities. The default search will now support more fields (license plates, common elements, parking spots among others) and its performance will match the security console. We will also allow configuring columns in the search results by selecting multiple groups.
- Announcement Templates
We introduced nine new announcement templates (Pet rules, Elevator our of Service, Holidays, Marijuana, Switching from Heating to Cooling, Terrace opening/closing, Garbage Chutes, Annual Roof Inspection, Extreme Weather alerts). Now users can easily find necessary templates using a smart search. If users have ideas about the new templates, they can send suggestions to our team.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Survey Changes
We addressed a request from clients to improve the existing survey functionality. We will allow adding attachments and links to the survey. - Key Checkout Option for New Authorized Entry
We integrated key checkout feature into New Authorized Entry functionality, allowing users to check out the key together with creating a new authorized entry.
- Improvements for Service Request Feature
We worked on some tweaks for the Service Request functionality and UI (time of creation and update of Service Request will be shown on the details page; attached images can be deleted by administrators and requestors).
- Removed Duplicate Phone Numbers for Proxy and E-Voting
We improved the notification functionality for Proxy Voting and E-voting. Now the system will automatically recognize duplicate phone numbers and not send duplicate notifications.
- New Fields in the Data Transfer from Condo Manager to CCC
We addressed a request from clients to allow to publish the second tenant information on CCC.
- Improved Email Template for "Users Requiring Assistance"
We addressed a request from clients to add a corporation or building name for the "User Requires Assistance" template.
BUG FIXES:
- Calculating HST for Revised Booking
We fixed the issue with HST not calculating when the booking is revised.
