How to Search & Filter the Amenity Bookings List and Calendar

Administrators often need to review amenity booking requests. In communities with high amenity usage, it can be a challenge to locate a specific booking. This user guide outlines how to search and filter the amenity bookings list and the amenity calendar.

1. Login to Condo Control and select Amenity Booking from the main menu.

 

2. Select the All Bookings tab to see the full list of amenity bookings in your community.

3. If you have the booking number, use the search bar locate the request. Enter the number and click Search to see the results.

Note: the search field only recognizes booking numbers. It will not yield any results if you search by unit number or resident names.

4. If you do not know the booking number, you can filter the list using the drop-down menus. Select the amenity type and/or booking status and click Search. This will narrow down the results significantly.

5. You can also filter bookings using the amenity calendar. To do so, select the Calendar View tab.

 

6. Then, select "Legend (Click to toggle)" and select the amenity types, booking statuses, and payment statuses you want displayed on the calendar. Once completed, click Update Calendar.

7. You will now only see the selected items on the amenity booking calendar.
