The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our February 3, 2021 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
NEW:
- Asset Management on Mobile App
In the upcoming days, we are releasing asset management functionality on mobile apps (Android and iOS).
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Service Request Overhaul on Mobile App
In the upcoming days, we are releasing a Service Requests overhaul on mobile apps (Android and iOS). The mobile feature will match desktop functionality.
- Announcement Overhaul on Mobile App
In the upcoming days, we are releasing an Announcements overhaul on mobile apps (Android and iOS). The mobile feature will match desktop functionality.
- Print Templates for Service Requests and Violations
We introduced a printed template functionality for service requests and violations. Now users will be able to upload templates with supported merged fields on the Setup page, and print violation notices or service requests based on the uploaded template. Please note that email templates for violations were moved to the Print Templates section.

- Pay Later Option for Amenity Booking
We introduced a new setting for our amenity booking feature, allowing residents to add amenities to a cart, and pay later. Residents can only do this with amenities that allow for online payment.
