PLEASE NOTE: The Condo Control team will handle creating any new badges. Administrators, howevver, can define which groups can have IDs.

How To Set Up Your Badge
In order to setup your badge, you will be given an option to either use the default template we have provided below, or you are able to let your Customer Success Manager know the customizations you would like for your badge.
The elements you can customize in your badge are the following: edit the logo, adjustment of the picture left or right or up and down and changing the background color.
Once you have finalized your template you will need to follow the following steps to view your badge template.
1. Select Setup from the Welcome menu.
2. On the left hand side click, on Unit File.
3. Under the Profile Badge heading, you can see the different badge versions for each type of badge.
4. Click on the pencil icon next to associated to the template
5. You will then see a preview of the badge.
How To Enable User Profile Badges
Follow steps 1 - 3 to return to the Unit File Settings Page.
1. Under the Profile Badge tab, you can enable the User Profile Badge.
2. Click on the pencil icon beside the Enable User Profile Badge heading.
3. Using the drop down menu, select the option Yes in order to turn Profile Badges on and click Save.
How To Create Different User Template Badges
Follow steps 1 - 3 to return to the Unit File Settings Page.
1. Under the Profile Badge heading, you can see the different badge versions for each type of badge.
2. Click on the pencil icon next to associated to the template
3. You will then see a preview of the badge and can edit the Badge Name and associated groups who will use the badge template. Once you've customized your settings, click Save.
How To Enable Printing Profile Badges
Follow steps 1 - 3 to return to the Unit File Settings Page.
1. Under the Profile Badge tab, select the pencil icon beside Enable Printing Profile Badge.
2. Select Yes from the drop down menu and click Save.
