April 15, 2021 Release Notes

The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our April 15, 2021 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works. 

  NEW:

• Proptia Integration

We introduced a new integration that syncs authorizations created on Condo Control back to Proptia as visitors. 

   IMPROVEMENTS:

• Increased List of Vehicle Makes

We added more vehicle makes that users can choose from when creating visitors.

• Improvement to Creating Unit Residents under My Account

We added more flexibility to the fields shown to users when adding unit residents under My Account. Now the availability of the date of birth, profile picture and photo ID fields can be defined on Setup under Unit File general settings.

• Improvement to Visibility of Fields on Registration Page

We improved the logic of when fields appear for contact details and unit file during the registration process. Now the field won't appear to the user if it does not contain a value and the user does not have  permission to edit field details.

• Ability to Customize Welcome Letter Sent to Short Term Rental Users

We improved on a recently introduced feature, Short Term Rentals, by allowing for the customization of welcome letters sent to the  Short Term Rentals group. The letter template can be adjusted on the Setup page and changes will show up in welcome letters sent in a blast, or individually from the Unit File.

  BUG FIXES:

• Fix for Printing Service Requests

We addressed a bug that occurred when printing service requests.

• Fix for Errors on Registration Page

We addressed errors affecting users during the registration process.
