The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our April 28, 2021 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
- Ability to Customize Event Occurrence for Recurring Events
We added a new custom option for scheduling recurring events. Now users can set up to 10 event occurrences for recurring events.
Users will also be able to customize the time event reminders are sent out instead of having to use the default 24-hour option.
- Service Request Improvements:
- Ability to search by unit address
- Improved UI for search on service request page
- Improved flow when creating a service request
- Improvement to Shiftsuite Integration
We improved sync logic for emails and users coming from Shiftsuite.
- Fix for Sending Welcome Letters to Units
We addressed an issue that occurred when users sent welcome emails to units and saved modified text of a welcome letter as a default.
- Fix for Lease Report
We addressed an issue with lease reports that were not loading information.
- Fix for Amenity Booking Permission Issue on Mobile
We addressed an issue with some users being able to book amenities from the mobile app even though the feature was disabled.
- Fix for Electronic Consent Reminders
We addressed an issue with code being visible in electronic consent reminders.
- Fix for Badge Scan on Mobile App
We addressed an issue with the badge scan retrieving incorrect information for some users.
- Fix for Payments Captured within Budget Mailout Feature
We addressed a bug with payments that users made via the budget mailout feature.
- Fix for Yardi Sync
We addressed an issue with email change not being synced back to Yardi.
- Fix for Violation Votes Notifications
We addressed an issue with violation notes not being delivered to selected voters for back to back violation stages.
- Fix for Duplicate Barcodes
We addressed a bug that allowed for assets to be created with duplicate barcodes.
- Fix for Amenity Bookings Done with Certain Currencies
We addressed a bug impacting creation and viewing of amenity bookings on workspaces with currencies other than supported CAD, USD or MXN currencies.
- Fix for Amenity Booking Timeslots
We addressed an issue with users being able to book amenities on days when amenity timeslots were not available.
- Fix for User Barcode Search
We addressed an issue with the top right navigation item disappearing after user performed certain actions on the setup page.
- Fix for Sorting on Phone & Emails Report
We addressed an issue with sorting by "date created" not working on phone & emails report.
