This guide is for our updated dashboard that was released on May 15, 2025. If the images below do not match your view, refer to the version one user guide. You will be moved to the updated version in the next few weeks.
You can customize certain aspects of your workspace to make it unique to your community. This includes items like dashboard widgets, images, and logos. This user guide outlines how to change your workspace primary colour, logo, and dashboard banner image.
1. Select Setup from the user menu.
2. Click on Dashboard Settings from the main menu.
3. Under the General tab, you can customize your dashboard appearance. Select Edit to make your revisions.
Change Your Primary Colour
To change the primary colour for your workspace, click on the colour selection field. Our interface will use gradients of that colour across the workspace. Click Save to finalize your changes.
The primary color is used for key actions like buttons and links. It should be easy to see on light backgrounds and remain readable in different shades. Avoid using colors that are commonly linked to status messages, like red, orange, or yellow. This helps prevent confusion and keeps the interface clear and consistent.
Change Your Logo
To change your logo, select Upload New Logo and choose the applicable file. To ensure the logo displays correctly across the platform, the dimensions should be a maximum of 300 x 300. Click Save to finalize your changes.
Note: This logo will also be used in email communications.
Change Your Banner
To change your banner image, select Upload New Banner and choose the applicable file. The maximum dimensions for the banner image are 2000 x 200. Click Save to finalize your changes.
Note: The banner will scale to fit different screen sizes. We recommend selecting a simple background image that is panoramic or landscape-oriented to avoid stretching or an off-centered appearance.
Your logo will be shown on-top of the banner so no need to include it in the banner image.
