The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control during our May 29, 2025 release. Please review the release notes carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- Guest Pass Sync with VMS Integration
We have updated our VMS integration to include guest pass transactions. Credit card and EFT payments will now sync to VMS during the commerce export. This enhancement improves financial tracking for communities using VMS. For more information on Guest Passes, refer to the following guide: Guest Pass Overview.
- Architectural Change Request Voting on Mobile
We have updated the Service Request feature on our mobile app to include voting on Architectural Change Requests. Approvers can now review votes, cast a vote, and edit their vote from the mobile app. This update brings parity between the web and mobile app and is available on iOS version 12.8 and up and Android version 12.8 and up.
BUG FIXES:
- Fix to Attendance Tracking in Self-Moderated Meetings
Resolved an issue where the Zoom attendance tracking was not accurately counting participants in self-moderated virtual meetings. This bug was related to client's Zoom webhook installation. Refer to the following guide for installation instructions: How to Configure a Zoom Webhook.
- Fix to Service Request Custom Fields
Resolved an issue where some users received an error message when trying to delete service request custom fields.
- Fix to Task Attachments
Addressed an issue where a newly created task without any attachments was incorrectly displaying a file attachment from another task.
- Fix to Resubmitting Declined Assets
Resolved an issue where users were unable to resubmit community asset requests because the "Proceed to Confirmation" button on the payment selection page was greyed out.
- Fix to Vendor Import on Portfolio
Addressed an issue where users received an error message when they selected "Import Vendors" on the Portfolio Accounts Payable Settings page.
