Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can make payments if your property management has enabled Online Payments and given resident accounts these site permissions.
To make a payment through the browser app, refer to the How to Make an Online Payment guide.
1. Once logged in, tap the Menu button (three-line icon) in the top-left corner, then tap Make a Payment from the menu.
2. On the Make a Payment screen, tap the Make a Payment tile.
3. Complete the payment details. Choose what you are paying for under I want to pay for, enter the Reference / Invoice # and Amount, set the Recurrence (leave as Once for a single payment), and add a comment if needed. Once complete, tap Next.
4. Review the payment summary, including the service and processing fees and the total. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then tap Confirm and Pay.
5. Enter your card details and tap Pay to complete the payment. A confirmation will be displayed once the payment is processed.
