Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can view and update your account details if your property management has given resident accounts these site permissions.
To update your details through the browser app, refer to the Updating your Email Address guide.
1. Once logged in, tap the Menu button (three-line icon) in the top-left corner, then tap My Account from the menu.
2. On the My Account screen, tap My Information.
3. Tap User Details.
4. Your account details are displayed. Tap the edit icon in the top-right corner.
5. Update your details — such as your name, email address, or language preference — then tap Save.
