Please download the Condo Control Central App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. This feature is available to property management and security staff with the appropriate permissions.
1. From the menu, tap Log a Package.
2. To scan the label: position the package so the recipient’s name is inside the frame, then tap the camera button — the app reads the name automatically. To enter it manually: tap the menu icon (three lines) beside the camera.
3. If you are entering manually, search for the resident in the Select user field and tap their name. (If you scanned the label, the recipient is already filled in.)
4. On the Create New Package screen, with the recipient selected, choose the Courier, the Package details, and a Storage spot, then tap Save.
5. A confirmation shows the new package’s reference number. Tap OK.
